We had several quotes for a pool enclosure that would also involve adding on to our existing screened in porch. Born and raised in Alaska, and retiring here a couple of years ago, we practically lived in a small 10’ x 12’ outside enclosure. The quotes were hard to believe. And then we were lucky enough to meet Sean. Sean brought our dream to life with a style we never imagined!! I am Steve Giblin and my wife and I recently had our Pool Enclosure built by Sean and Christopher Papillion at Papillion Construction. These guys are amazing and do such great work that it is like watching two artists perform and the result was truly beautiful and way beyond our expectations. From the minute they started it was so impressive to watch how they did the layout and then Sean's son joined them and it was like poetry in motion watching such a high degree of talent and professionalism carried out every day. And the best thing about it was the price including permits was very resonable and a lot lower than the big companies out there and a lot better quality in my opinion. And they even rescreened my existing Florida room windows for free. These brothers and Papillion Construction are definitely the best in this area and the best value for the money in these economic times. We hired Chris and Sean to build a large insulated awning (34’x11’) for our manufactured home. We asked them to build a gable awning instead of just a flat roof, which was a bit more complicated.
