About Papillion Construction

Papillion Construction is a Florida certified building contractor based in Pensacola. We’ve been serving homeowners across the Gulf Coast since 2014, handling everything from sunrooms and screen rooms to home additions, full interior remodels, and ground up construction.

The company is run by two brothers — Chris and Sean Papillion. We moved to Pensacola from Louisiana back in 1989 and spent years working in the local construction industry before going out on our own. Between the two of us, we bring over 50 years of hands-on experience to every project we take on.

Sean specializes in aluminum construction — sunrooms, screen rooms, and pool enclosures — and has been doing it for over 25 years. Chris holds a building contractor license (CBC1258331) and oversees all aspects of the business from planning to project completion.
